“Snacks aren’t just fuel, they can boost your mood too!
Think protein for focus, complex carbs for steady energy, healthy fats for brain health and magnesium for balance.”

I’m a registered Dietitian with the British Dietetic Association and Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). After completing my degree in Nutrition and Dietetics at Coventry University, where I researched sociocultural factors behind eating disorders in South Asian women, I began working within the NHS specialising in eating disorders and disordered eating.
Alongside my clinical work, I volunteer with First Steps ED, deliver group nutrition sessions, and support students in managing their relationship with food. I also draw on my training as a yoga teacher, using mindfulness and somatic practices to help clients reconnect with their bodies.
My approach is integrative and holistic, considering mind, body and spirit to support recovery and long-term wellbeing.
